Run CFD 5K Fun Run for Charity

 

   

Join the volunteers of the Department of Retirement Systems and the Combined Fund Drive for an 80s inspired 5k Fun Run for charity.  80s attire is encouraged so feel free to break out those leg warmers, bodysuits, and hammer pants!  This will be a non-timed event so all are welcome (runners and walkers) to join in the fun on the two loop course around Capitol Lake.  Event will also be stroller and pet friendly but if you choose to bring them along, please plan to start the race towards the back of the pack to ensure that the fast movers won’t have an obstacle course. 

Proceeds from this event will be donated to the Homeless Backpack Program to help feed hungry children in our community.
