The success of the Combined Fund Drive could not be accomplished without the tireless efforts and enthusiasm of our outstanding volunteers. Please join in and nominate your favorite volunteers and leaders for statewide awards AND local committee awards. Recipients for the statewide awards will be graded by the CFD team and nominees for the local awards will be graded on by our county committees.

Each year, the Thurston and Snohomish-King County CFD Committees come together to honor local volunteers in their efforts on the CFD Annual Giving Campaign. These awards are graded by each committee. Recognition events will be held in March.

In order to establish full transparency, the Combined Fund Drive uses the following criteria to grade each statewide award nomination:
1. Nominations are electronically submitted to the CFD by January 17, 2020.
2. CFD staff are not given nominee names ensuring nominations are anonymous.
a. Names and contact emails are eliminated
b. Nomination forms are judged solely based on content
3. CFD and Community Program staff rates nomination forms separately. Staff members nominating forms are as follows:
a. Community Programs Deputy Director
b. CFD Program Manager
c. Resource Coordinator
d. Marketing and Development Coordinator
e. Fiscal and Policy Coordinator
4. Aggregate scores from each nomination are added to establish final scores.
5. Community Programs Director approves the winner for each category.
